Hotfix/ecomet isatab #262

Hi @ilveroluca @c-ruttkies ,

this is a hotfix for ecomet. One of the scripts does not handle the naming of ISA-Tab columns names correctly. I fixed that in the latest version of container-ecomet.

Please merge.

The workflow .ga has been updated to pass the tests.
