IPO is not part of a workflow, and not widely tested. Let's leave it in devel, but not in the release. Pwiz was added, now that we have a container. What's missing is a link to the actual vendor licenses, which are at http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/licenses.html and/or at https://github.com/phnmnl/container-pwiz/blob/develop/LICENSES/VENDORLICENSES.html . Also, I wouldn't mind moving the LICENSE stuff further down in the msconvert help page, so that the real help is not pushed down too far :-) Yours, Steffen
