ISA Create fails when using fractional factorial design with GC or LC assays.

I just tried to test this on the public instance, and the create tool job never runs.

GC seemed to work with fractional factorial when I did a quick test just now on publicdev.

LC fails, but seems to work if you insert a Sample Fraction.

Apologies for not being able to fix this.
