Accept absence of output files #51

Hi @ilveroluca , could you look at the Travis-CI failed build, please? There are two errors, one concerns the installation of wft4galaxy (ImportError: No module named req). I've already met this error when trying to install wft4galaxy locally. The other one concerns a failure of change_case test.
