Add details on how to complete a manual install #30

I just set dashboard up with NGINX, lovely project btw :).

I thought the manual installation instructions could be improved, so I added the commands that I used to make it work.

It might be worth adding them to a separate MD file in the repo and linking to it, but that's up to you.

Thank you very much for this PR.

I agree that adding a separate MD file (or even better: a wiki) would be adequate, as this project has definitely grown over time (also I doubt that anyone actually wants to go through a 300-500 line README).

Instructions LGTM, merging.
