SPDX license identifier are used in some big open-source project, it simplifies license parsing, see https://spdx.dev/ids/

force updated to add the SPDX identifiers to all the files

@planet36 Yes, you're right, but i would feel more comfortable with @phoboslab actually removing the license text boilerplate.
