Gnome 3.34 fixes #128

Here are 2 fixes which fix TopIcons no longer working, resp. triggering js warnings with GNOME-3.33.90 and later.

Note I'm afraid these changes might very well break support for older gnome-shell versions, I've not tested this ...

Gnome 3.34 has been officially released causing TopIcons Plus to stop working. Humbly asking for release with this fix.
