My laptop has a UHD display which requires a scaling factor of 200%.
My external monitor is FHD and so requires a scaling factor of 100%.
When I boot the laptop to 200%, TopIcons is sized correctly. But when I plug my external monitor in, Gnome changes the scaling factor to 100% and the TopIcons are still sized for 200% (i.e. they are very large).
This is the initial sizing at 200%:
This is the sizing after changing to 100%. Note how the icon is double sized:
Ideally, the icons should resize with the scaling factor so that the size is consistent.
