Clarify node-red nodes to use for digital I/O and DS18B20 #97

Define, in readme.md, which node-red nodes to use for DIO and DS18B20. This saves the user trying to work out exactly which nodes to install in node-red, which is particularly confusing for the DS18B20 as there are a number of possible nodes. I don't know why the diff insisted on including line 9 as it appears identical and I didn't edit it. I re-did the edit in order to make sure I had not accidentally touched that line.

FWIW – this repository follows the contributor guidelines of the Moddable SDK. There's no need for a Contributor License Agreement for small documentation changes like this. If you should open a PR in the future with code, we would ask for a CLA.
