test dataset link 403 problem #20

Thanks for your codes!

However, I found that the link http://vllab1.ucmerced.edu/~wlai24/LapSRN/results/SR_testing_datasets.zip returns 403, so I cannot download it. Could someone fix this error or share their test data?

After the review of code here, I guess the test dataset contains BSDS100, and I found the page here has download link for the whole BSDS300, which already splits train and test images.
