Update FileSystem to 1.0.0 #142

Can this be updated to use FileSystem 1.0.0?

There is a current issue in MacOS using nix that got fixed: https://github.com/falood/file_system/issues/58

I would do it but this is my first experience with Elixir, just trying to setup my environment for the first time and hit this issue.

It is done, you can use the main branch meanwhile.
