Its difficult to import.

Solution.. need to create all tables again

At all no need for that i just recreate he database and in the config file i edit the upload and make it 300 MB file size and i clear the cache so now the error is gone and i regenerate the tables and i could connect to the webserver successfully i will send you again the database within the New conf file
