Bunch of various updates trying to make Amazon's sometimes crazy data easier to work with.

I'd love to, just haven't had a chance yet. Am at JSConf up in portland and won't be free for a couple days. Soon as I'm able, I'm definitely going to play with the updates to configure the item class.
