Add Cascades application support #16

Cascades support had been added in blackberry/VSPlugin#666. It allows compilation of any specific target (Device-Debug / Device-Release / Simulator-Debug) and debugging.

Fixes are also deployed on develop@PH-v2.0.0-beta.

Just to list them:

removed simulator-release build
added Cascades Headless Application support
added Cascades Cards Application support
fixed release build, where application is loaded as shared-object rather than full-blown executable (as in Debug build)
