USB connection requires every time after finishing testing application, you need to disconnect and re-connect the device. So far the workaround is WiFi connection.

Could you provide more info here:

what kind of project
how big the output file is
do you see any errors in Output Windows earlier
any screenshot of the error, that causes the reconnection
does it require any special scenario to be played inside Visaul Studio?
does it stop to deploy or debug or both?
does unloading the project and loading it again fix the problem?

I played 5 mins with OpenGL2 application and all seems to be fine, when using USB.
