Simplify streaming account permissions #64

The streaming account currently has access to fetch and edit all variables to setup a stream.

Setting up a stream should be modified to a single command that will setup the variables, so the streaming user by default cannot access or edit variables.

Sorted. Streaming accounts no longer require variable permissions.
