/Library/ScriptingAdditions has wrong permissions #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install new SIMBL (0.9.5b)
2. Open Console

What is the expected output?

SIMBL Agent initializes

What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.

Manually changing the permissions on /Library/ScriptingAdditions (755) fixes 
the issue.
I'm not 100% whether this was caused by the SIMBL installer or by SL itself.

By the way, the permissions for /Library/ScriptingAdditions/ were originally 
700 (rwx------), which makes 
them inaccessible to anyone but admin users.

You are correct, I only alter the permissions if the SIMBL installer creates 
the ScriptingAdditions folder. If another 
process creates them with bad permissions, I don't correct them.

This is will be fixed in 0.9.6.

Hello, I just down loaded and unistalled and reinstall the 0.9.6b package and 
SIMBL
Agent isn't starting when I restart my computer. I did the "launchctl list" 
command
and SIMBL was not in the list evena after restarting my computer. I'm running 
10.6.1
just to FYI and the only mod I'm using is SafariStand (64bit version just 
released).
The Agent started up once when I installed the new SIMBL, but after I restarted 
its gone.

The permissions on the LaunchAgents directory in 0.9.6 are still not correct - 
they are too permissive to survive 
restart.  This is fixed on trunk and will be part of release 0.9.7.
