I'm in contact with a Khanty specialist about the classification of Khanty (being updated in Glottolog as well).
TODO: fix the current language codes.
Note also (via @drammock):
2434 (Eastern Khanty - Vach) -> "Wakhovsky dialect" will mean here https://goo.gl/maps/tu6wdcLauDiv8aGC6 which accords with the Lat/Long coordinates given in EurPhon (61N 77E, within 50 miles of Vakhovsk). This seems like it corresponds to https://glottolog.org/resource/languoid/id/fare1244, for which our man Tereshkin (Tereškin) is cited twice (though not the 1967 source used in EurPhon). So here I wonder if even our glottolog code is wrong. If I'm right, this should change to fare1244 / mis. Can you look at those pages and see if you agree with my reasoning?
