glottocodes are more granular than ISO 639-3 codes, so it is expected that sometimes the same ISO will map to more than one glottocode. Is the issue that the mapping is wrong? A quick glance at glottolog suggests maybe:
halh1238
-> khk
dark1243
-> drh
darl1243
-> drl
band1337
-> was merged into drl
(https://glottolog.org/resource/languoid/id/band1337)which would suggest dark1243
might need to be changed?
Glottolog updates regularly and takes into account changes in ISO 639-3 and whatever new information about languages in general that's been published or noted as incorrect by scholars. We should probably do a full check of all codes for the current version.
