Render correctly on node 18 #81

I've recently bumped the JSON Resume registry to run on node 18 only and I cannot get stackoverflow working anymore.

It seems to not write out the main css output -> https://registry.jsonresume.org/thomasdavis?theme=stackoverflow

I see this works now, I am over one year late, sorry. I am going to put some love in it.
