Upgrade nextra #5

This pull request upgrades nextra, nextjs, etc, to the latest versions.

Because of changes in nextra I also changed a few other things:

  1. there is now a clickable forum icon in the top right: image
  2. the search bar now does full text search, i.e., searching for "aberration" now correctly displays all the chapters where that term appears.
  3. the donate button is now centered
  4. the donate button is moved below each page

Regarding 4: I guess visibility of the donate button is reduced a little. In case this is a problem, we could try to put the button inside of each .mdx page, but that would require a different approach. The reason that the donate button moved is because newer versions of nextra handle the 'footer' differently.

I checked some pages, and everything seemed to look fine. But I did not check all the pages.

There might also be some other smaller changes because of the newer version of nextra that I did not list here.
