Crashes App play service problem?? #711

Most of the devices i have runs ok, except samsung tab E, soon as i remove the push plugin, the app works fine.

I am using Phonegap CLI 6.4.0 Push plugin version 1.9.0 (build doesn't work on 2.0.0) Android 6.0.1 Samsung Tab E Device has play service 11.02

I tried including this within my phone gap plugin.xml but it doesn't work. App still crash.

But my other devices still works.
