Add animated transitions to show/hide commands, this change makes the plugin features look much more better with a smooth fade in / fade out for each command ;)

Can you send this pull request to https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-statusbar? Thats the one we'll encourage people to use moving forward, since its supported by the Apache Cordova team. The code base is the same.
