Workaround by Mike Harris

http://community.phonegap.com/nitobi/topics/payment_for_multi_platform_build

We are having problems redirecting some users to the appropriate store. Until we get this fixed please go directly to the Adobe >Store selector:

http://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?event=displayStoreSelector&keyword=phonegapbuild

and select the country appropriate for your credit card billing address.

If your Country is not available but you have a US credit card then you can purchase from the US Adobe Store using the following link:

https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?store=OLS-US&event=displayProduct&categoryPath=/Applications/PhoneGapBuild

Hi amir, thanks for your response. I tried the Mike's method with no lucky. My country is not in the list (argentina) and tried with the second link, but a new error appeared:

Error in Your Order We’re sorry, but a system error occurred.

To complete your purchase immediately, please call Adobe Phone Sales at (800) 585-0774 to place your order, or try Adobe.com again.

Unfortunately, I have not enough english talking skills to make a call. Is there something else I could do? Thank you.

Hi Shamank

Another workaround would be getting a prepaid credit card from another Country and use that to purchase a subscription.

Again, we are so sorry for this inconvenience.

hi again amir. I'not sure I could do that.. I talked via chat with someone in adobe, and told me that there's no possible to buy from this country, and that I should call this number: +65 66221459 (I'm not be able to call because I can't hold a conversation). would it be a problem if I ask you to notify me when this issue gets solved please, so I can try again? thank you! best regards

Hi Shamank,

I have a question out to the folks at the Adobe Store to see if there is any other approach we can take to get you going.

Thanks - Mike

Hi Shamank,

I am sorry to have to say that there isn't a direct way for you to purchase from Argentina, the only work around I can suggest at this time is to use a prepaid credit card from a country appearing in the drop down 'store list" on the following page:

https://store2.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?store=OLS-IE&event=displayProduct&categoryPath=/Applications/PhoneGapBuild

LufoX11 commented 11 years ago

ok, thanks anyway. I'll continue using my free account, waiting for the day I could buy a subscription from here. the economy of my country sucks, so it's not a good idea to buy a prepaid card as the charges are very expensive here (15% + plus for prepaid card + equivalence here is U$S 1 = $4 oficial, but you can't buy dollars so the real equivalence to adquire them is 1 = 6,5).

hi davis.

sorry to bothering you with this again, but I have a quick question: if I change my country in adobe to.. let's say US.. could I reach the payment page at least? and once there, could I pay with my cc (it's visa international)? because I never reach the payment page (the error is thrown first), so maybe it could work. what do you think?

thanks.

Hi,

If you create an AdobeID with the country set to the US you could then try paying with your international visa card.

Thanks - Mike
