WMAppManifest.xml wasn’t found #561

This might not be a bug as much as I need help: I build my app with phonegap build and get the app.xap file, but when I upload it to windows dev center I get this error: Package acceptance validation error: WMAppManifest.xml wasn’t found. Sure enough, when I look into .xap file, there is no WMAppManifest.xml. Now shouldn't phonegap build automatically generate WMAppManifest.xml file from config.xml? Probably I'm not configuring config.xml correctly. So what should be in config.xml for phonegap build to generate WMAppManifest.xml?
