Application source is not updated despite uploading new zip file #58

I am seeing two issues with the phonegap build system (appid 101230).

First issue is that uploading a zip file always errors out if I am using the Update Code button with the following error:

"We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."

However, it seems to work if I use Settings > Choose File > Upload. This last action triggers the build, but the source code in the resulting binaries is never updated, it remains the old version.

We've confirmed this by downloading the wgz and extracting it, and also by using the remote debug feature on an iPod.

Would you be able to send me a sample zip (shardeep@adobe.com) as well as the application id so I can reproduce the error.
