[Portal] Unable to unlink from Github account #78

User was unable to unlink from Github account. Revoking access from Github 'Authorized Applications' also didn't reflect account statuses.

Tested and verified on Chrome, Firefox and IE.

This issue was addressed in a PhoneGap Build update, released on March 5, 2013 at approximately 4 PM pacific time.
