[Signing Key] iOS Development unlock timeout is one hour instead of month #79

iOS Development certificate unlock duration currently expire in just one hour instead of month as advertised: https://build.phonegap.com/blog/upcoming-security-changes

Look like locking state stay uncloaked for few days now.

I see exactly the same as you (one HOUR of unlock for an iOS development certificate instead of the advertized one MONTH). Frankly I would not care if there was not also this next issue I just opened: https://github.com/phonegap/build/issues/87
