[iOS] Build is not recognizing 'Index.html' as 'index.html' (notice a capital 'i') #98

Build is not recognizing Index.html as index.html (notice a capital 'i'). This have to be documented somewhere or iOS build to accept lower/upper case file name (case insensitive)

I can confirm and able to reproduce this issue.

I disagree, case-sensitivity should be expected.
