I might be wrong, but isn't this file not generated anymore? I tried using this module but it fails because that file does not exist. Any thoughts?

Hey @gtramontina, thanks for pointing this out. You were right, it was not longer being generated. I've went ahead and patched it in phonegap-build@0.9.2. Cheers!
