Description

issue3 branch of https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugin-media-stream has some changes to improve inconsistences. It has changed description to label, but the javascript still uses description, so I've changed it to use label

It's a breaking change, do not merge until branch issue3 of https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugin-media-stream is merged into master
