Will ship in 0.3.4 and it's planned to be released this week. Currently blocked by a config.xml issue that we are fixing.

Final testing, packaging, and releasing for 0.3.4.

PG Desktop 0.3.4 released on July 26th.

Also did a 0.3.5 hotfix to patch a connect-phonegap.
