Firebase Cloud Messaging Support #141

Google is getting rid of Google Cloud Messaging and replacing it with Firebase Cloud Messaging. This means we'll need to update the push plugin to be able to receive messages from FCM, (started on this with Julio Ceasar "RedHat") and we'll need to be able to send messages from the push.api.phonegap.com server.

Ready to release a 2.0.0 RC1 this week.
Need to push FCM changes to push.api.phonegap.com server.
@surajpindoria is looking at payload issue on desktop

Discussing with Cordova team to determine what platform versions to support
