Description

wiki.phonegap.com has been unmaintained by the PhoneGap team and lightly maintained by the community. We'd like to move the important documentation to the PhoneGap or Cordova docs, then shutdown the wiki.

Currently collecting splash screen references from each platform's docs, then I'll make a PR to the splash screen plugin that references the docs in the same way that icons do.
