As a PhoneGap team member, I want to log metrics in one place for the PhoneGap tools, so that we can track usage and errors.

The infrastructure milestone is complete - https://metrics.phonegap.com is live:

• https://metrics.phonegap.com sends you to the Graylog instance. This is mainly a configuration and pure log searching frontend, but should also allow us to create log parsing streams and alerts, if we want to do that. Credentials are available in 1password.
• https://metrics.phonegap.com/viz sends you to the Kibana frontend. It sits behind basic auth - again, 1password for creds. This will likely be our go-to for visualizations.
• Application events should be POSTed as JSON to https://metrics.phonegap.com:12201/gelf. The exact format of events is yet to be determined - feel free to join in the metrics discuss thread for info on that or to chime in.
