Story

As a developer, I want to create a new app using a common layout, so that I can get started with everything required to begin development.

Conditions

• Must run on Android and iOS
• Must be available in the CLI and Desktop
• Should include a blank layout
• Should include a status bar layout (empty)
• Should include a side menu layout
• Should include a tab bar layout
