We should explain how the Desktop Browser support works, plugin support, multi-target pairing, and debugging.

Nearly done. Broke the documentation into sub-sections to help make it more readable. She's just updating the screenshots and a final review now.

Potential blocker: There is a race condition in the serve command for preparing projects. In the connect-phonegap.
