Create "Contact Us" page #131

We can leave out a form to send emails for the future.

@mwbrooks I'd be cool with @GarthDB putting together the design, but he assigned this to me earlier this week, so I think he'd like me to do it.

I'm good either way. If @jahoni has something in mind she can go for it, and I'll code it up, otherwise I'll get to it sometime next week.

the idea is that we use the following as a basis:

ssp_temp_capture

Note, this is a screen capture from the wayback machine, as the link to the page referenced in the first comment has changed : )

@mwbrooks & @jenlgray : maybe you have thoughts on actual content we want to include on our page?

I think the above is a great way to start.

If you're okay with repeating ourselves a little:

Would be nice to have a contact form, but that's future.

Content looks good to me - though I'd suggest a page title of "Contact Us".

Could use a little design lovin'.

Final stretch! Below I've added my take on the content. It would be great to offer an e-mail address, so let's ensure that we have an issue to track that for a future release.

I'll leave the design lovin' to you and @jahoni!

@jenlgray We definitely want to have an e-mail link, but this may happen on the next release. Exposing an email publicly on phonegap.com will lead to a lot of spam very quickly. So, instead we want a proper contact us form. It's not difficult to do, but we are low on time and want to push the form to the next release. Is that cool with you?

yup cool. I'd like to see this sooner rather than later tho as there is no form/contact info for anything marketing related atm. No submission form for submitting your app/tool/book, etc.

My only concern is that people won't read carefully and just submit support requests to @jenlgray because they see a contact form.
