Create dedicated "Newsletter Sign-up" page #173

@jenlgray has requested a dedicated page (maybe www.phonegap.com/connected or /news or /updates?) that she can direct users to, to sign up for the newsletter.

The page can be quite simple, likely some copy indicating what people are signing up for, and then a field to input email, and a submit button.

This page will need to fit into the overall Information Architecture, and I'd suggest that it belongs within the "About" section.

let's start by getting a sense of what the copy that @jenlgray wants to include there. if it is especially long/complex then i can do a layout, but otherwise i think it can be a pretty simple: text with an input field.
