support appending hashtag (page links) with spaces in them #1

multiple word hashtags don't work, ei, "Quick Capture" results in "#Quick Capture" instead of "#[[Quick Capture]]"

Hey FWIW I used [[sms note]] in my sms tag spec and that seemed to work?
