Seems an AVO board doesn't include a ROM update so this now does AVO by default.
Sets the TERM and LANG to something reasonable.
Some more updates to the default NVRAM.
Beep, double spacing and others.
It's now good enough to show the bugs in a real VT100 that make it fail "vttest"... so that's what the softscroll bug looks like :-)
