Feature request: 1080p 6000kbps x264 medium encoding test so Twitch streamers can see how fast a CPU is needed #277

1080p is the max resolution on Twitch, 6000kbps is the standard bitrate, x264 medium is a demanding popular encoding setting, and streamers wish to hit 60fps minimum at it. It would be helpful if there was a standardized test showing which CPUs can do this and which can't.
