Gallery date bar should also have album and tag selection #1050

Related to #904 :

The "gallery date" line should also have the "tag" and the "album" choice, to have smth like :

showing Photos between date and date, concerning tag XXX and in album YYY. replacing the "Tags" tab on the top.

It should also be used in the manage photo page to ease the photo selection mechanism.
