Time importing; switch to command-line arguments #1

Time imports as requested on IRC channel; useful for testing import performance. On an Amazon EC2 micro instance @jmathai provided me, I got 6 photos/second.

Also, switch to using Python's argparse instead of prompting users to manually enter all those annoying OAuth tokens/secrets.
