Reverting the generate parameter to be "generate" and not "generated". Closes #13 #14

I might have been on medical perscription drugs during the prior conversation about this parameter.

I confirmed this on my local WP install.

@randyhoyt FWIW we have an issue open on the API side to add versioning which should help with this moving forward. Thanks for publishing the new version of the plugin :).
