FEATURE: Add detailed bad link report #26

This PR adds a detailed bad link report which lets you know within which file a broken wikilink is referenced. Because the plugin now has a HTMLLinkParser for parsing internal links, it's also able to report on broken internal links that aren't wikilinks.
