PhoXiControl versions linked in README are out of date #26

9d065ba changed the link to the PhoXiControl driver download so it points to the Photoneo product page. However, the most recent version of the driver listed on the product page is v1.1.62, and the phoxi_camera ROS package won't build with drivers older than at least v1.2.3. The driver compatibility issue is quite confusing for new users who aren't familiar with the installation process.

One solution would be to include a direct download link for a recent version of the PhoXiControl driver that will let phoxi_camera build, such as PhoXiControl v1.2.5.

Looks like the links on the Photoneo product page were updated to point to more recent drivers, so I'm going this. Thank you!
