Translated Index section to German #24

I translated the index section of this repository to german.

Thanks for your work so far :). I found two things to fix before we can merge this: 1) Do not translate something like Screenshot 2) And do not translate something like :material-download:

Otherwise images and icons cannot be displayed correctly.
