Translate Organize (part 2) section from english to german #4

Acceptance Criteria:

Follow the instructions in README.md to set up mkdocs locally on your system
Translate the file: docs/user-guide/organize/edit.md to german
Translate the file: docs/user-guide/organize/folders.md to german
Translate the file: docs/user-guide/organize/labels.md to german
Translate the file: docs/user-guide/organize/moments.md to german
Translate the file: docs/user-guide/organize/panoramas.md to german

Notes:

Please do not rename the files
In case there is a link to a page that is not part of the user guide (e.g. a page from the developer guide) --> link to the english version

Quality Standards:

We will not accept translation that have been made with google translate
Test locally that formatting (e.g. some text) is working
Test locally that links are working
Test locally that icons are working --> do not translate something like: :material-folder:

I saw that you rejected the first pull-request.

I don't want to take away all the Hacktoberfest-issues. But if you do not find someone in the next few days to work on this one, you can assign this issue to me to get the 'organize'-part done.

Regarding the Hacktoberfest: Pull-requests to this repository cannot be used to fullfill the challenge. Only PRs to repositories that have the topic 'hacktoberfest' attached are considered. It is not sufficient if that topic is only attached to issues. You can read more about it here: https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/hacktoberfest-update

@graciousgrey: Sorry to bother you, but Hacktoberfest still lists this repository as invalid. I assueme that is because you attached the topic 'hacktoberfest2020' and not 'hacktoberfest'. How about 'hacktoberfest' and '2020'. :-)
