Update dependencies of provenance_retrieval branch #179

Summary

switch branches in package.json
remove mkdirp as it would only be needed for recursion
update fork-ts-checker-webpack-plugin since the formerly used version required Typescript 2 as peerDependency and therefore caused errors
update jquery, marked and select2

This PR got closed automatically, because I merged the develop branch directly into the thinkh/provenance_retrieval branch. Hence, the changes are available in the thinkh/provenance_retrieval branch anyway.
